INDIGENOUS SIGHT 2020-12-03

Be frugal and keep house,
be hardworking and resilient,
be gentle and considerate
How many social expectations have bonded our last generation of women?

Be independent, confident, autonomous, and free.
How much do you have to do to qualify as “a modern woman” in our society?

Our identity as indigenous peoples, our gender position as a woman.
Only when it's “because we want to, not because we need to”
can we truly get rid of the roles imposed on us by society.
That is when we can tell our story and write down the glory of
the era of women.
